A key resource to help states learn about ERP is the ERP States Produce Results –
2007 Report, which provides an up-to-date description of the program.
Once states are ready to implement ERP, the following resources provide helpful
information:
-
EPA’s ERP Roadmap is a
hyperlinked set of documents that outlines six broad phases in ERP development.
Within each phase of program development, there are several related steps,
which often happen concurrently or iteratively. The Roadmap identifies the
specific steps to take in each phase and proposes key questions for program
managers to consider at each step in program development. In addition,
for each broad phase of program development, the Roadmap identifies internal
and/or external stakeholders that can provide important feedback and support
for the program. Finally, the ERP Roadmap provides links to resources and
sample documents that can assist in program development.
-
EPA also provides a ERP Tools & Resources webpage. This webpage includes a wealth of tools and resources that explain and support the implementation of ERP, that states and EPA have developed with over a decade of ERP experience. This webpage focuses on four core categories of tools and resources that are expected to be most pertinent to ERP implementers today: :
-
General Info About ERP
-
Guides to Getting Started
-
Measurement Resources for ERP and "Common Measures" Approaches
-
