NEWMOA's
Common Measures Project is designed to support the use of ERP
measurement approaches, such as statistically based sampling and high priority
indicators to assess performance. The
specific goal of the project is to identify and implement shared indicators to
measure environmental performance across several states. For example, the project developed and is using common measures for small quantity hazardous waste generators (SQGs) in all participating states. The project also developed common measures for the auto body sector. The project will allow
comparisons and aggregation of sector-based information across multiple states.
