The States ERP Consortium has developed four workgroups that are focusing on specific aspects of supporting the Consortium’s mission:

Information Sharing Workgroup is establishing methods of sharing information about ERP among Consortium members from states at all levels of expertise and involvement with ERP.  The workgroup is also charged with addresses training needs of members related to ERP.

EPA Support Workgroup is identifying which groups, documents, programs, and processes within EPA provide the Consortium with the best chance of expanding support for and institutionalizing the use of ERP as a regulatory tool, including advancing concepts such as resource credit and a national ERP to implement rules.

Reporting Results Workgroup is establishing recommended minimum standards for reporting ERP results.  The workgroup is also disseminating ERP Results to key audiences to build understanding and support for ERP approaches.

Automation Workgroup seeks to facilitate the research, new development, networks, exchange mechanisms and funding sources necessary to support state-to-state sharing of ERP data management tools.  It is inactive at this time.
